1. When will my order ship?

• Standard Items: Processed within 1–2 business days.

• In-Stock Furniture: Usually leaves our warehouse in 3–7 business days.

• Custom/Made-to-Order Furniture: These take a bit longer to craft, usually 10–15 business days before they are ready to ship.

2. Delivery Times & Tracking

• Once your order is picked up by our courier, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

• As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey.

3. Shipping Costs

• We calculate shipping fees based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your items.

• You will see the exact shipping price at checkout before you pay.

4. Where do we deliver?

• Currently, we only ship to Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and nearby areas.

• Coming Soon: We are planning to expand shipping across all of Pakistan! Sign up for our newsletter to find out when we start delivering to your city.

5. Changes to Your Order

• If you need to change your delivery address or your order details, please contact our support team or call our number immediately.

• Please note that changes might slightly delay your delivery time.

6. Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or if no one was available to receive it, we will contact you to reschedule.

• Note: You may need to pay an additional shipping fee for the second delivery attempt.
