Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from SK Interiors. If you aren’t happy with your order, here is how our return and refund process works:
1. How to Return an Item
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: We cannot accept returns once the 7-day window has passed.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately as they arrived. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a full refund or an exchange.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to let you know if your refund is approved.
Approval: If approved, your money will be sent back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Sale Items: Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be taken out of your total refund amount.
